Sohail Younas Mughal

Mr. Sohail Younas Mughal is a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from LUMS  and Bachelor in Engineering. He has 25+ years of work experience in public and  private sectors. He is a fellow member of the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) and  Pakistan Institute of Chemical Engineers (PICE). Sohail has more than 25 years of diverse experience as a Team Lead, Sector Specialist, Development .Consultant, Research Expert, Sector Reviewer, Quality Control Expert, and SME Expert. He provided  consultancy services to various International Organizations such as World Bank, USAID, Asian Development Bank, DFID, UNDP, UNIDO, IFC, FINCON Services Inc, Semiotics Consultants, and other International Donor Organizations. He also provided consultancy services to leading National Organizations, Federal & Provincial Governments such as the Sindh Board of Investment (BOI), Pakistan Horticulture Development and Export Company, Punjab Skill Development Fund (PSDF), TUSDEC, SMEDA, Trade-Related Technical Assistance (TRTA), Leasing Association of Pakistan, and more. With NJHR, he led various Value Chain Studies, Cluster Studies, and Sector Studies. As a team lead, Sohail developed several Feasibilities, Pre-Feasibilities, Sector, and Market Studies for organizations such as  Balochistan Livelihood Entrepreneurship Project (BLEP), a project of the World Bank, National Business Development Programs (NBDP), Small and Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KPEZDMC) Govt of KPK.
