He is MSc (Hons) -PBG, BSC (Hons), and a bachelor's in arts.  He has 30+ years of work experience. as an expert in such areas as Planning &  Development, Research & Development, Administration, Procurement, Project  Writing, Project Planning & Execution, Public Policy, Agriculture, Molecular Biology,  Education, Corporate Governance, Cottonseed, Quality Control & Quality Assurance, Intellectual Property Rights. He provided services to leading national organizations and federal and provincial governments, such as Punjab seed corporation, agriculture department, Planning & Development Department, cotton research institute, oilseeds research institute, vegetable research station, and cotton development project of the Government of Punjab.
