Description of the Project

Conducted a significant and impactful project focused on the strategic development of a comprehensive 5-year business plan for the esteemed Pakistan Stone Development Company (PASDEC). This venture represents a strategic partnership aimed at charting a course toward sustainable growth, innovation, and effectiveness in the stone industry of Pakistan. The project's scope is developing a business plan for the next five years. We have collaborated with the Client to outline a dynamic roadmap that capitalizes on existing strengths while addressing challenges and opportunities within the stone industry. This comprehensive plan's strategic vision was the initiatives, resource allocation, financial projections, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. The outcome will provide a roadmap that empowers PASDEC to lead, innovate, and drive sustainable growth within Pakistan's stone industry's dynamic landscape.

Scope of the Project

Scope of work includes:

1. Review the existing operations of the Company;

2. Review the laws, regulations, rules, circulations, guidelines, and other directions issued by the Government applicable to the Marble and granite sector;

3. Develop a comprehensive business plan including, but not limited to;

. Situation Analysis of existing operations;

. Streamlining the existing operations;

. Deployment plan;

. Market Analysis;

. Competitive Analysis

. Marketing Strategies/plan;

. Human Resource Management;

. Financial planning;

. New projects to be carried out in 5 years;

. Performance measures;

. Revenue stream;

. Financial Feasibility including Profitability analysis, PLS Statement, Balance sheet, Ratio

Analysis etc. and

Recommendations for sustainability and self-reliance.

4. Prepare a draft business plan and a presentation to management in a two-hour session, and also present the same draft, incorporating management recommendations to the Board of directors, if required;

5. Prepare the final draft and submit it to the Chief Executive Officer in two (2) hard copies and also with the editable copy in soft form.

6. Provide two (2) hour sessions to PASDEC staff on implementation of final deliverables6

7. Undertake any other requirement that may arise from the decisions of the management and the Directors of the Company
