Description of the Project

Undertook a dynamic and comprehensive consultancy project to develop pre-feasibility studies for various SME business sectors. This ambitious initiative involved the creation of 33 distinct pre-feasibility studies, each focused on a different industry to meet the specific demands of SME enterprises. The scope of our project encompassed a diverse range of industries strategically divided into three categories:
We prepared 13, 17, and 3 comprehensive feasibility studies for SME Manufacturing, Services, and Agribusiness/Food Sector respectively. These studies provide insights into supply chain analysis, production processes, market demand, and economic feasibility.
Our methodology for each pre-feasibility study involved extensive market research, resource assessments, and financial modeling to deliver insightful and well-informed analyses.
In summary, our role as NJHR Consultants was to provide a deep understanding of each sector’s landscape, potential returns, and risks; these studies empower individuals and organizations with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions and seize opportunities within the dynamic world of SME business.

Scope of the Project

  • Collection of information/data on project investment including but not limited to the cost of land, building, machinery & equipment, utility connections, vehicle, production process flow, marketing/distribution channels, terms of trade, key factors / competitive advantage for business success, etc. and operational costs such as cost of raw material, labor, production overheads, administrative expenses, selling, and general expenses, mark-up rates, inventory requirements, accounts payable and receivable cycle, applicable taxes, etc.
  • Develop income statement, cash flow statement, and balance sheet of the identified business on the standard financial model provided by the client.
  • Develop a Word document containing the information collected/developed as per the guidelines mentioned above in a standard format provided by the client
  • An orientation/training of the nominated resource of the selected bidder shall be provided by the employer’s staff at the employer’s premises. The duration of training will be decided with mutual consent.
